A NEW DIRECTION
Some of you have probably already noticed that I'm making big changes to my business this year. For the past few years, I have been an "everything" photographer. From families to newborns to weddings to real estate. And I have had a great time and met so many amazing people along the way. But this journey has led me to know what I love doing best.
I have a passion for working one on one with individuals and small businesses who march to their own drum. For styling headshots, senior photos, boudoir photos, or any other kind of portrait that reflects their personality. For delving into what makes a business unique and creating unique images that reflect that.
I believe that if you show the world your true self, then your tribe will find you. So as I'm stepping outside of the box to create unique photos, I hope that others who love to live outside the box will connect with me. Let's celebrate our awesome selves by creating amazing images!
ABOUT THIS SHOOT
I made the decision to do a shoot that showed off some simple and fun styling and something a little different than a traditional portrait. You'd never guess that Patrice couldn't actually roller skate well because she brought so much confidence to this shoot regardless! I knew she had the perfect look and attitude to rock this vintage outfit.
The shirt and goggles are from Twice Round Vintage in West Asheville. I'm really obsessed with finding items in there for photo shoots. They never disappoint! All of this was shot in my neighborhood: West Asheville.
